The Gender Security Project conducted workshops for youth- and women-led and focused organizations on both the YPS and WPS agenda. The GSP built an online feminist peace academy to continue its trainings. These workshops and trainings also included men and boys to encourage them to understand the value of gender equality and sustainable peace built on the foundations of gender equality. The GSP‘s campaigns on gender equality continued through its written content and podcasts. The GSP received reports from a variety of communities on the ground that state these learnings have proven to be particularly useful in learning about strategies for gender equality the world over, and that they can be scaled and implemented on the ground.
Additionally, The GSP created the CRSV Observatory and Subversion Diaries that helped document cases under two areas of the WPS Agenda: conflict-related sexual violence and increased participation of women in peace processes. Through these reports, the GSP built one of the most comprehensive repertoires that articulate women’s mobilization for peace and change on ground.
